2025 PKF Hunter Valley Wine Show Silver Bullet Winner!
An unusually early ripening vintage for the Hunter Valley. Perfect white grape growing conditions. Fiano is an Italian varietal growing in popularity in the Hunter Valley due to its love for warm climates. This Fiano was pressed and cold settled, before being transferred to an egg-shaped vessel for ferment and maturation sur lie for 7 months, stirred once a month to add lees texture and mouth weight to the wine β an old Georgian tradition of winemaking from centuries ago.
Tasting Notes: Lifted white florals and lemon myrtle dominate the nose, before fresh grapefruit and citrus rind floods a palate leaving a salivating mineral finish. A textural and European style wine, paired with seafood or creamy dishes. Drink now, and may reward those who cellar for 5 years. Cheers!
92 points - Halliday Wine Companion 2026
Harvested from the old Petersonβs vineyard in Mount View, enchanted with ancient red volcanic soil. 100% barrel fermented in new and old french oak, undergoing partial malolactic fermentation. Matured, and bΓ’tonnaged every two weeks for 9 months.
Tasting Notes: Delicate white floral aromas, balanced with ripe tropical and yellow stonefruits. There is a harmonious synergy between fruit sweetness and gently integrated oak with drive and perfumed vanilla on the palateβs periphery. Time and stirring on lees has given this wine a wonderful saline purity on the finish. Drink now and can be cellared for up to 10 years. Enjoy!
Silver Ribbon - THE REAL REVIEW
Harvested from the Glenesk vineyard in the cooler climate growing region of Mudgee. This βNouveauβ style of Shiraz experienced a short whole berried open-pot fermentation for ten days before being pressed into two old French puncheons for 3 months. A juicy and vibrant style, packed with explosive fruit flavours.
Tasting Notes: Bright red ruby in colour, this wine has been made to enjoy now. Punching red cherry and blood plum, with classical hints of cracked pepper and baking spices. Feel free to serve slightly chilled.
91 Points - βThe wine has a fabulous mid-palate intensity, vanilla overtones, plush red fruits, and faint milk chocolate richness.β Toni Patterson
Harvested from the stunning Glenesk Vineyard in the cooler climate growing region of Mudgee. This wine was cold soaked and fermented on skins for 14 days. It was then matured in 2 year old French and American oak barrels for 12 months. A classical and robust wine highlighting the natural spice and terroir of Mudgee.
Tasting Notes: Lifted florals and perfumed sweet spice dominate the aromas, followed by a palate bursting with dark maraschino cherries and black plum, enveloped by red liquorice and hints of vanilla bean. Cedar spice resides on the peripherals adding longevity and a balanced depth of structure.

Guido β the self-styled Italian alter ego of Guy Fawkes β is all swagger, charm, and a streak of rebellion. He doesnβt follow rules, he writes his own. This wine is a tribute to that spirit: bold, unconventional, and defiant to the last drop. Unapologetically expressive. Unmistakably Guido.
Dry grown on one of Pokolbinβs most treasured viticultural sites. This Shiraz was 20% whole bunch fermented and matured in one and two year old premium French and American Oak for 20 months.
