This ’Nouveau’ style of Shiraz experienced a short whole berried open-pot fermentation for ten days before being pressed into two old French puncheons for 3 months. A juicy and vibrant style, packed with explosive fruit flavours.
Tasting Notes: Bright red ruby in colour, this wine has been made to enjoy now. Punching red cherry and blood plum, with classical hints of cracked pepper and baking spices. Feel free to serve slightly chilled.
