2024 Shiraz, Hunter Valley - $45

$45.00

One of the most ‘treasured’ vineyards residing in the heart of Pokolbin’s most ‘pleasurable’ mountain. The Vineyard cannot be legally named, but rest assured these 1890 origin vines produce exceptional fruit, and has created some of the most iconic wines from Hunter over the last few decades.

It was delicately handpicked with the help of family and friends at 5am on the 5th of February. The wine was 20% whole bunch and cold soaked before being pressed and fermented in French and American Oak for a period of 10 months barrel maturation.
