After a years hiatus, the 2025 Hunter Valley Wine Show ‘Silver Bullet’ follow up is finally here! Oozing with juicy grapefruit and citrus pith, and textural beeswax honeyed notes. This is what Hunter Valley Fiano should be like - packed with flavour, texture and salivating acidity, leaving you wanting more.
This Fiano was harvested on the 1st of February 2026. From the award winning Tinonee Vineyard Estate in Broke Fordwich. It was pressed and fermented in stainless steel tank and a neutral egg-shaped vessel, before being left on gross lees for six months to develop natural mouth weight and texture.
