Hunter Valley Shiraz. Dry grown on one of Pokolbin’s most treasured viticultural sites. This Shiraz was 20% whole bunch fermented and matured in one and two year old premium French and American Oak for 20 months. Bold dark red fruits, with a popping vibrancy held together by hints of coconut spice and vanilla. A wine for now and one for the ages.
